The technology that is out there is already amazing (for pre-Internet people like, cough, myself, but only getting better. I am trying to document every tool I use.

Visla.US doesn't have all the features (voice clones, choosing voices) I'd like and seems to have a relatively restrictive terms of service but it currently my primary tool at a very reasonable price.
