People who non-consentually release intimate pictures, either revenge porn or as blackmail or whatever, of others absolutely need to be prosecuted and/or sued to the extent possible.

It sucks for the victims, but I do think one of the stronger responses is to just own it, like a number of celebrities have done. What better options do you have?

As for Katie Hill, like one of the previous commenters noted, there are two different issues going on: the release of revenge porn and the affair(s?) with a subordinate(s?). That she is a victim of one thing does not absolve her of other misconduct.
