I don’t think there’s a chance in hell that SCOTUS accepts Texas’s lawsuit, but if they somehow do, I think turnaround is fair play. Attorney Generals in California, New York and other States should sue Texas. The damage that’s being done to our democracy, that millions of people remotely believe the kind of multi-state mass fraud necessarily involving the collusion of thousands of Democratic AND Republican election officials, is incalculable. It’s deeply irresponsible and unethical that the claims of fraud are being pushed by authorities who damned well should know better.
